    Lindsey I have always loved your workouts, layered with increasing difficulty and fabulous cues on form. You are a fabulous teacher and I hope you don't feel the need to 'dumb down' your workouts to access a greater number of people. You give great instruction and if they try you they will see they can learn and grow with time by doing your classes again and again. You got me hooked through covid and have stuck with you. NO ONE ELSE'S WORKOUTS COMPARE! and you are adorable

    Thank you for the workout and for the great cues 😊 I have very bad posture and these classes are very helpful. Would you consider maybe filming something for the abs, so that they help you maintain the good posture? I feel like traditional exercises like crunches do not help me feel strong in the core and stand straight, I'm sure you'd have a creative workout to help! Thanks for the work.

    Just a suggestion maybe you could do a Pilates class focusing on strength and muscle toning as well as fascia Release & Fluidity. I know those two styles might seem to contradict each other , but at the same time if they could be combined I think the body would feel awesome!

    Thank you for this great class😊 I don’t know if it’s because I did this workout earlier in the week so my body wasn’t as tired, but although I found it challenging it wasn’t as challenged as I normally am with your other workouts. But I think that worked well for me today as I had little sleep & had low energy so it suited great just the right amount of challenge. Afterwards I felt great with a really clam energy and my Muscles feel tight and toned. 🙏🏻
